As an HR Consultant to startup founders and small business owners, these are problems I see my clients struggle with all the time. Having the self-awareness to address them is more than half the battle, so good for you!

I especially liked your comment where you said: "As an entrepreneur, I do work whenever time allows me to but I also take all of the profits, it’s a trade-off I chose and am responsible for. Employees did not choose this." Not every small business owner recognizes this so clearly!
